 Promoting and organising events
We are keen for members to have the chance to meet up locally, and this is where you come in. We welcome members from different regions of the UK and Ireland arranging pub nights, cafe afternoons, cultural trips, walks, meals, theatre trips etc.
Please read the following points before you add an event:
- Post your free event in the Out & About forum but do not promote in the other forums.
- Please provide complete details of the event, including date, time, place.
- All communication to members regarding the event must be conducted in the posting rather than via the internal email system.
- Events must be free of charge to attend (although cost of meal/theatre tickets can be mentioned). If you are organising a ticketed event, please visit Events for Christians and read the 'Promote Your Event' section at the bottom of the home page.
- Christian Connection reserves the right to remove events for any reason.
- Anybody posting an event is bound by the terms and conditions of the site. Please read them carefully.
NB You must not attempt to promote your event via the other discussion board forums or the internal email system. It is contrary to the terms and conditions, a general abuse of the site and it may even create a security risk. Members doing this may have their membership terminated without notice. |
