We knew very quickly that 'this was it' and got married after 10 months at which point I inherited a wife, 2 children, 2 cats and 2 guinea pigs! Over 3 years on and we now also have a two year old son and a hamster!
We have moved house together and started a new job too, life is great and its really good to be married and have someone special to share it all with.
CC worked for us and for many of our friends too.

We met in June 2008 following a few emails and long distance phone calls - I was living in Blackpool and Mark lived in Plymouth! The distance seemed so far at first but we both prayed hard for God to shrink the miles and He truly did. I moved down to Devon following our engagment in November 2008 and we got married in July 2009. The wedding was the most amazing day and our marriage is such a blessing from God. Neither of us can believe that we met on the internet just over a year ago. We are so grateful for your site and want to encourage others who may be put off by the distance between different members. God moves people!

I was in conversation with a man called Neville. Our first e-mail was on Oct 4th 2008. We seemed to have a lot in common and so a week or so of telephone conversations preceded our first date on Oct 28th. After 4 months we got engaged on Valentines day - Feb 14th 2009 and recently got married on a lovely summer's day on August 8th 2009. Whew!!! It has been a rollercoaster of a year but a very happy one and it's all thanks to your site.

From the moment we saw each other's profiles we knew there was something in this. We share so many interests, passions and dreams. We even share a calling. If it hadn't been for CC we would never have found each other.

Since getting together we have told many people our story and inspired others to join so that we now know of a number of couples who have also met their partners on CC. We truly believe, that while perhaps not for everyone, internet dating is a brilliant way to expand the possibilities of finding someone with whom you can share your dreams and passions. And having a Christian site on which to do this is even better.

Em and I had both been on Christian Connection for a while before getting in contact with each other. We had both previously talked to and dated other people from the site but hadn't found what we were looking for.
After having regularly e-mailed for about a month, we had several phone conversations before deciding to meet. Having had previous disappointments with other CC members, neither of us wanted to get too excited too quickly but there was instant chemistry from the moment we met. (Sounds like a cliche but it's true!)
For the past nine months we've been very much in love and incredibly happy together. We got engaged three months ago and we're getting married in August. We are so thankful we have this amazing relationship with God at the centre.
We're sending in our success story because we know how it feels when it's not going your way on the site and we want to encourage people to stick with it- God's got a plan!

We're getting married on the 27th March 2010 in my church. Words fail me as to how happy this has made me.

Sadly Pete lost his Mum to cancer summer 2008. Unbeknown to Pete, his Dad also registered on Christian Connection in search of a companion after such a sad loss. He met a really lovely lady on Christian Connection in March too, and they're getting married NEXT WEEK!

I looked through the website of ladies and came across Jackie, after reading her profile and seeing her photo i realised that this was the woman i was going to marry, of course we hadn't made any contact at this time.

After a number of emails i asked to meet her half-way after our weekend of meeting we agreed to meet again travelling to each other over the space of 12 months and in September of this 2009 i asked Jackie to marry me after asking her parents permission we marry in late January. I thank the lord so much for Christian Connection for using the tool of this website in bringing us both together, i love her so much and she has become my best friend and soul mate, god wants to bring so many single christians together regardless of their backgrounds, we only have to trust the lord in every blessing we receive just like it says in Ephsns we have received every spiritual blessing in christ Jesus.

Thank you again so much for being a great blessing in bringing my wife to me with Gods help.
